At Pho 90, the regular build-your-own pho is CAD 18.95 and the large is CAD 20.95. The currently linked menu offers chicken, beef or vegan broth, followed by up to three listed beef proteins: rare beef, brisket, tendon, tripe and beef balls. The protein list is beef-based, even though vegan broth is offered. A separate vegetable pho lists tofu and vegetables in vegetable broth at the same regular and large prices.

This is also the option with a matched OpenTable page for 500 Queen Street West. Check it if you want to arrange dinner ahead. The booking page posts noon–10 p.m. Sunday–Thursday and noon–10:30 p.m. Friday–Saturday. The prices here come from the core menu in the currently linked official PDF; confirm your order’s current price when booking.

Ramen Isshin For Chicken Shio With An Egg

Use the Queen menu at Ramen Isshin, because the business has several locations and separate menus. Its CAD 19.20 chicken shio includes chicken broth, black-pepper chicken chashu, bamboo shoots, green onion, wood-ear mushrooms and a soft-boiled marinated egg with thin wavy noodles. The egg is already part of that order.

The equally priced white sesame shio includes pork belly, if that is the topping you prefer. Vegetarian red miso is CAD 20.10; the menu says egg-free noodles can be substituted in the vegetarian section. For this guide, the address is 609 Queen Street West. Posted service is noon–9 p.m. Sunday–Thursday and noon–10 p.m. Friday–Saturday. We have not verified a reservation policy or a current wait.

Read the Queen branch menu and check the Queen Street West location.

Queen Mother Café For Khao Soy Gai

Queen Mother’s khao soy gai puts chicken and thin egg noodles in a broth described with herbs, turmeric, curry and coconut milk. The menu lists bean sprouts, watercress, mint, shallots, bok choy and coriander with it. Choose it when that combination is what you want for dinner; the restaurant describes it as a northern Laotian dish.

The posted amount is CAD 22.95 on the page the site links as its menu, whose URL says takeout. Check the dine-in price before treating that figure as your restaurant spending plan. The address is 208 Queen Street West, the easternmost of these three choices. Regular hours are 11:30 a.m.–10 p.m. Sunday and Monday, and 11:30 a.m.–11 p.m. Tuesday–Saturday. The contact page gives a phone reservation route.

Read Queen Mother’s posted menu and find reservation contact details.

Keep The Address With The Recommendation

Keep the street number attached when sending a restaurant to your group: Queen Mother is at 208, Pho 90 at 500 and Isshin at 609. Isshin’s College Street branch has a separate menu and address.

If dinner is running late, confirm last orders directly. Queen Mother lists the latest regular closing here on Tuesday–Thursday, but none of these closing times establishes a kitchen cutoff.

Choose What You Actually Want To Eat

Start with Pho 90 if selecting pho broth and proteins is the appeal and you want to check a reservation. Choose Isshin for its specific chicken-and-egg ramen order. Choose Queen Mother for khao soy gai, confirming the dine-in price if you are staying to eat.

If the plan shifts earlier, see Queen West lunch. For a change of meal on the same street, compare Queen West pizza plans.

This is a research-based guide using official restaurant menus and location pages, plus Pho 90’s matched booking listing, checked October 15, 2026. We have not visited or tasted the dishes; schedules and prices can change.
