Fulton Market Weekend Brunch: Choose An 8, 9 Or 10 A.M. Start

If you need breakfast at eight, a restaurant that starts brunch at ten is no help, however attractive its menu. In Fulton Market, Beatrix, The Publican and Aba give you three different weekend starting times—and three useful ways to order. Choose a full breakfast with sides, a burger you can build on, or egg dishes alongside hummus and bread. These are Saturday-and-Sunday plans, with the food prices and service charges spelled out so you can set a food budget before adding drinks.

Beatrix Fulton Market: For The Earlier Full Breakfast

At Beatrix, weekend brunch starts at eight, and Eggs Your Way comes with golden hash browns, whole-grain toast and a choice of brown-sugar bacon, turkey bacon or chicken sausage. The USD 15.95 price buys that stated plate; you do not have to discover a separate potato order halfway through breakfast.

For the person who wants pancakes, the current menu lists lemon pancakes at the same price, with blackberries and lemon syrup. A bacon, egg and cheddar sandwich is USD 13.95, but its description does not include the full plate's sides. The lower sandwich price buys a different order; add the sides you actually want before comparing. This is the Fulton Market restaurant, not a different Beatrix branch.

The Publican: For A Full Plate Or A Burger With Extras

At nine, The Publican gives the morning a different set of choices. Its USD 21 breakfast plate lists two sunny-side-up eggs, crispy potatoes, PQM sausage, PQM bacon and PQB toast. That is the straightforward order when you want the listed breakfast meats and potatoes together.

The USD 17 burger takes another route, with diner onions, white cheddar, bread-and-butter pickles and burger sauce. Beef-fat fries cost USD 5 extra and a sunny-side-up egg USD 2 extra. Add both and the food subtotal becomes USD 24, or approximately USD 24.84 with the hospitality supplement, before tax and tip. Choose the burger because that is the brunch you want; choose the plate for its stated combination of eggs, meats and potatoes. The restaurant labels its posted brunch menu a sample, so use the numbers to plan and check the current version before going. Brunch finishes at two, an hour before the other two choices here.

Aba Chicago: For Egg Dishes And Shared Hummus

Aba suits the group that can meet after ten and wants to put something in the middle of the table. Its brunch khachapuri is USD 16.95, with a baked egg, cremini mushrooms, graviera and green onion. Short-rib shakshuka is USD 20.95 with local eggs, spicy harissa, graviera and roasted fingerling potatoes.

The hummus section provides a clear shared addition: classic hummus is USD 14.95 and comes with house bread. Two khachapuri and one classic hummus total USD 48.85, or approximately USD 50.56 with the posted 3.5% surcharge, before tax and tip. That is an example order for two, not a promise about portions. Aba's address is on the third floor at North Green; use the Chicago brunch tab when checking the menu. Lunch and dinner prices are separate.

Go Here: 302 N Green St, 3rd Floor. Open the Chicago menu and select Brunch, then book Aba Chicago.

Set The Time Before Picking The Dish

Before nine, Beatrix is the brunch choice among these three. At nine, The Publican joins the shortlist; after ten, Aba gives a mezze-and-egg alternative. For a meeting after two, remove The Publican from this brunch comparison even though it serves dinner later. Check your actual reservation and service date; an opening time does not establish an available table.
